They design and build award winning homes and are made up of regional partners, who all work under the Design Builders name. Every Design Builders home is a one off – each home they design and build is inspired by the people who will live in it.

great unique home.

this strategy?

Studies suggest that 63% of customers would only buy from an authentic brand. That’s a difficult statistic to ignore. For Design Builders, we repurposed their existing ‘Homes to Inspire’ ebook to strengthen the brand and build trust and authority.

Prospects who download the ebook will be familiar with Design Builders – we used this qualified database to push them through an enquiry drip campaign.

Campaign flow – what we did

We designed and built a custom campaign conversion landing page encouraging targeted users to download the ‘Homes to Inspire’ ebook and sign up to the database. We set up a video and static image Facebook Ad driving traffic to this landing page. Once the prospect fills in their details and downloads the ebook, they are triggered into a drip campaign which sends them to an enquiries landing page.
