New Zealand and the world are now dealing with the overwhelming health and economic

impacts of COVID-19.

If you’re like us, you’re probably trying your best to stay on top of the COVID-19 situation so you can make the best decisions for your team and family.

At NZ Digital, we’re committed to supporting our customers during these unprecedented times. Given this, we wanted to update you on what we’re doing to ensure your business and ours can continue to run as smoothly as possible.

As a digital marketing agency, our primary focus is working with our customers to see where we can help them stay relevant and in front of mind with there customers. We are already speaking to many of our customers who may be impacted about the steps they can take and the support that we can provide them with – including marketing solutions to bring back up enquiry, checking they have their own processes updated and communicated to their customers or even discussing payment options to reduce the pressure at this time.

We are continuing to monitor the developing situation to make sure the appropriate support is in place for our customers.

Attached is a BCP (“Business Continuity Planning”) resource from BCG, that’s been shared openly, please consider running through this for your business and then your clients.

I’m an optimist and believe that people can come together to overcome the most difficult of circumstances. Be a leader, take the steps needed to help guide those around you through these challenging times.
